+1.) AutoRig: Smart => Get Selected Object, set Neck+Co Markers
+2.) Click Go
+3.) Adjust Bones
+4.) Click "Match to Rig"
+
+5.) Tab "Skin": Mark Mesh, Shift-Click Rig, Click "Bind", Deselect All except Scale Fix
+
+
+Root ? Hip or spine1 ?
+**On Skinning, experiment with "Improve Hip Weights" and "Improve Heel Weights"**

+In case of wrong weighting, try "Fix" scale on, and optimize flags off on Bind ( Step 5)

+2.) Build bones list 
+3.) Select root master x bone and select as root bone
+4.) Redefine rest post => Mark Arms and legs, Copy & apply
+5.) Retarget

+IF BODY GETS DEFORMED YOU NEED TO REMOVE SOME INFLUENCE BLEEDOVER IN WEIGHT PAINTING MODE! Good luck finding weight painting mode, as armature and mesh need to be selected in that order (armature first) in order to see weight paint mode as new mode ( like object and edit mode)
